Employee Relations Advisor in Northampton, Northamptonshire

A Northampton based company is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join expanding team. They are looking to hear from you if you think you have what it takes to handle incoming people enquiries, manage ER cases including ongoing sickness to conclusion.
As an Employee Relations Advisor you will manage your own diary in terms of field visits and you will handle your incoming enquiries along with allocated cases so this would be a busy but manageable role for someone who has the Employee Relations case handling experience. Issues could include, disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, TUPE and redundancy.
You will need to be comfortable in giving advise over the phone in many cases and of course that means picking up quickly on the policies and procedures here but if you can do that there could be an opportunity to stay permanently.
The role is not all about reacting though as lots of pro-active ER case handling training sessions are being rolled out across the business so if you are a confident trainer and coach, especially when it comes to passing on your expertise, then even better.
Expenses are paid for your travel and you can use your vehicle or a hire car to get out to see your people, with this a great brand name and a friendly team what’s not to love.
