2001 Touring Caravan Single Axle 5 Berth End Dinette Excellent Body Condition Excellent Interior Condition Excellent Mechanical Condition Excellent Overall Condition We're reluctantly selling our fantastic 5 berth caravan which has been a welcomed addition to our family leisure time since purchasing it 2 years ago. We hunted for many months to find the right van for our first experience of owning a caravan and we've been delighted with it. For its age (made in 2001) it looks and feels modern, unlike some other older caravans, and the interior is in excellent condition in every aspect. The exterior is also incredibly good with just just two very small dents, so better than you would expect for a van of this age. The layout is very flexible with end dinette at the rear which converts into a double bed, with a single bunk over if needed, and this section can be closed off if required with the inbuilt sliding screen. In the kitchen area there is a gas cooker, sink with hot and cold running water and fridge that runs off gas and electric as well as useful storage space. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle which is quite rare, and at the front there is traditional seating which also converts into a double bed. The is an impressive amount of storage thoughout the van. Blown air heating system, hot water system, leisure battery, half awning included, small microwave also included.
